The goal of a job hazard analysis is to prevent accidents and injuries by identifying and addressing hazards before they can cause harm. It is an important part of an overall safety management program and can help to ensure that a workplace is safe and healthy for all employees.

Training in a work permit system typically involves learning about the specific hazards associated with the work being performed, as well as the procedures and controls that are in place to mitigate those hazards. This may include learning about the proper use of personal protective equipment, the proper handling of hazardous materials, and the proper procedures for entering and exiting confined spaces.
