This one-day Behavior-Based Safety Training aims to guide employees toward safer behaviors, focusing on preventing accidents or injuries before they happen. Implementing a behavior-based safety program is a highly effective approach for employers to enhance safety, eliminate hazards, and reduce the risk of injuries.

    • Owners of Micro/ SMEs

    • All employees of companies who have no capability to give DOLE-required 8-hour Occupational Safety & Health Orientation

    • Fresh college graduates or college seniors

    • Individuals ho have a passion for safety & health.

  • Requirements (Exclusive Training):​

    Minimum Participant for In-house Training:

    • 20Pax/batch - Online Webinar

      30Pax/batch - (Face to Face) Within Metro Manila

      40pax/batch - (Face to Face) Outside Metro Manila

    Inclusions:

    • Training certificate to be sent through e-mail

    • E-copy of Training Manual

    • E-copy of OSH Related Standards (e.g. OSH Standards, Labor Code of the Philippines, Fire Code of the Philippines.)

    • E-copy OSH Policy and Program (Sample Templates)

    • E-copy of OSH Reportorial Requirements

    • 1 week consultation for the participant via e-mail, text message, or call
